Currently, I have to save my SW file as an eDrawing. Is there an easier way? I am hoping there is a check box or option somewhere that I am missing. The best and easiest option would be to have everyone just download the free viewer, but that isn't going to happen for everyone.
Thanks, Lou. It's possible that a macro could be written for this, if not one already. I use the htm filetype of eDrawings just for the purpose you describe. The eDrawing will open in their browser, but the first time they do this they will be prompted to allow an ActiveX control to run. This is just for eDrawings and perfectly safe. Checking for Updates.
