If so, something is most likely wrong with Dolphin's Sys folder and you should redownload it. I've got another dolphin system folder and now the system menu is no longer getting recreated along with the wii folder however on the tools section there's still an option to open the system menu which seems to also be preventing me from playing on netplay.
