You have come to the right place. We offer real estate education in NY and FL. We also offer continuing education courses. Online courses allow you to control when and where you learn. All you need is a computer, a printer and internet access.
This method does not require any classroom participation and all courses offered are approved by the NYS Department of State.
There is a proctored, paper-based final exam requirement for licensing courses which you will take at GSAR by appointment. Click here to view and order any of the course packages below. Your 75 hour course completion certificate is good for eight years. If you are not ready to apply for your license at the end of the course, you must hold on to your certificates until you are ready.
